- Visit the official website of SASSA SRD.
- Navigate to the “Cancel My Application” tab.
- Do you see “Reinstate my canceled grant application?” Click on it to proceed.
- Now provide your ID and cellphone number in the required fields.
- Click on the send PIN option to receive the OTP code via SMS.
- You will receive the OTP code on your number. Enter that code in the required field.
- Press “Enter” or click on “Verify PIN.”
- Check the “Agree to the terms and conditions” box.
- Then click on “reinstate my grant” and select the “YES” option to submit your request.
